In Couch to 5k Week 6 the theme is water, water, water. I decided to run in a new location by the water and I got caught in a rain storm. When life gives you lemons, make lemon detox water and improve your health.

Detox waters are said to rid the body of toxins. In this episode, I try three different detox recipes for you:

1) Strawberry Detox water- excellent source of antioxidant and promote vitamin C
2) Lemon Detox water- boosts weight loss, cleanses the liver and stimulates digestion
3) Cucumber Mint detox water- Provides a great sources of Vitamins A and C
